2018年6月底，河北大学8名在读研究生和2名本科毕业生带着家人的期望和老师们的祝福承载着传播中华文化的使命从中国来到泰国，开始一段美好而又有意义的经历。

At the end of June 2018, eight graduate students and two undergraduate graduates from Hebei University took the family's expectations and the teachers' blessings to carry the mission of spreading Chinese culture from China to Thailand and began a beautiful and meaningful experience.

这里的天很低、很蓝，云挂在天上仿佛伸手就可以触碰到；这里的午后经常乌云密布，雨势来去汹汹；这里的孩子们天真可爱，这里的汉语学习氛围浓厚……虽然泰国拥有良好的汉语学习环境，泰语与汉语又同属于汉藏语系但是泰国学生在学习汉语的过程中仍然面临着诸多困难，例如写字困难，发音不准，语法错误，学习松散……此外泰国孩子被称为“课上魔鬼，课下天使”在泰国课堂管理问题同样是我们志愿者老师亟待解决的问题，“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”，书本上学到的东西，一但应用到实践教学活动中，总会有一点力不从心。初到泰国作为教学新手，在教学中遇到问题，一时间有点不知所措，随着时间的流转以及我们汉语教师志愿者的共同努力，面对泰国学生活泼好动，开朗外向的性格特点以及动手能力强、想象力丰富的学习特点，传统的灌输式的教学方法已经远远不能满足泰国学生的教学需求和愿望。为了更好的开展汉语教学我们经常在微信群中谈论教学方法分享教学经验，积极的创新教学方法，丰富教学活动，在教学的过程中采用教学与游戏相结合的方法，对于写字难的问题采用汉字图片，拆分汉字，汉字动态图、学生自己做汉字、描红……针对学生发音不准的问题除了在课堂上及时纠正发音外，鼓励学生课下多说汉语多看中文电影……同时每周定时开展一次汉语文化活动，例如：书法展示和练习让学生感受汉字的神奇；剪纸活动让学生了解中国的风土民情；唱中国歌曲练习汉语发音……让学生在活动中潜移默化的受到汉语文化的影响，逐渐喜爱学习汉语，喜爱中国文化，让孩子们感受中国文化的魅力，让学生更加了解中国，了解中国文化。在课堂管理上针对泰国孩子的特点严慈并济，鼓励为主，用爱心和热情投入到教学工作中去，只要足够付出真心和认真对待教学工作即使那些不爱学习的孩子也会在老师的影响下慢慢地开始了解汉语与汉字。

Although Thailand has a good Chinese learning environment, both Thai and Chinese belong to the Sino-Tibetan language family, but Thai students still face many difficulties in learning Chinese. For example, writing difficulties, inaccurate pronunciation, grammatical errors, loose learning... In addition, the Thai child is called "the devil in class, the angel under the class" The problem of classroom management in Thailand is also an issue that our volunteer teachers need to solve urgently."There is a glimpse of the end of the paper, and I know that this matter must be carried out." Once you learn something in a book, once you apply it to a practical teaching activity, there will always be a little powerlessness. When we first arrived in Thailand as a newcomer to teaching, I encountered problems in teaching and I was a little overwhelmed. With the circulation of time and the joint efforts of our Chinese teacher volunteers, the traditional indoctrinating teaching method has been far-reaching in the face of the resilience of Thai learning life, the cheerful and outgoing personality characteristics, and the strong learning ability and imagination. Cannot meet the teaching needs and wishes of Thai students, In order to better carry out Chinese teaching, we often talk about teaching methods in the WeChat group to share teaching experience, actively innovate teaching methods, and enrich teaching activities. In the process of teaching, a combination of teaching and games is adopted, For the problem of difficult writing, Chinese characters are used to split Chinese characters, Chinese characters are dynamic, students are doing Chinese characters, and reds are drawn... In addition to correcting pronunciation in the classroom in time, students are encouraged to speak more Chinese. Chinese movie... and a Chinese cultural activity is regularly conducted once a week. For example: calligraphy display and learning let students feel the magic of Chinese characters; paper-cutting activities let students understand the customs of China; singing Chinese songs to practice Chinese pronunciation... Students are influenced by Chinese culture in the activities, and gradually love to learn Chinese, love Chinese culture, let children feel the charm of Chinese culture, and let students know more about China and understand Chinese culture. In the classroom management, the characteristics of Thai children are strict and compassionate, encouragement, and love and enthusiasm to invest in teaching work, as long as they are enough and serious, even those who do not love learning will slowly under the influence of teachers. Start to understand Chinese and Chinese characters.

不得不说在泰国教授汉语的这一年是我们人生中最宝贵最难忘的经历，在这里作为汉语教师志愿者感受到了泰国人民的善良与热情，在生活与工作中为了沟通与交流我们彼此学习对方的语言尽力克服交流上的障碍，生活中感受泰国的丰富的饮食文化和旅游文化可以称得上“泰生活，太有趣”。

I have to say that the year of teaching Chinese in Thailand is the most precious and unforgettable experience in our life. Here, as a Chinese teacher volunteer, I feel the kindness and enthusiasm of the Thai people. In the life and work, we learn from each other in order to communicate and communicate with each other. The language of the other party tries to overcome the obstacles in communication. The rich food culture and tourism culture in Thailand can be called "Thai life, too interesting".

如今作为泰国汉语教师志愿者赴任期过半，在汉语教学方面从刚来时的菜鸟新手也逐渐掌握了一些方法与技巧，在课堂中能够独立的完成教学工作，作为一名合格的汉语教师对不同的学生采取不同的教学方法，了解泰国孩子的特点因材施教，这也是每一个汉语教师所必备的。随着时代的发展、中国的崛起，越来越多的国家开始重视汉语教学，赴泰国志愿者者项目是全球最早也是规模最大的汉语教师志愿者项目，历时十七届培养了数百万的泰国学生学习汉语，助力了中泰一家亲，与此同时我们很荣幸作为汉语教师志愿者在海外教授汉语传播中国文化，当一个人的青春与拼搏，跟一个国家的形象联系在一起的时候，那将是多么的幸运与荣耀，我们现在做得事何尝不是如此。 

Nowadays, as Chinese volunteer teacher in Thailand, We have been in the middle of our terms of office. In the Chinese language teaching, we have gradually mastered some methods and techniques from the novice rookie who just came. we can complete the teaching work independently in the classroom. As qualified Chinese teachers,we are different. The students adopt different teaching methods to understand the characteristics of Thai children. This is also necessary for every Chinese teacher. With the development of the times and the rise of China, more and more countries have begun to pay attention to Chinese teaching and volunteering in Thailand. The project is the earliest and largest Chinese teacher volunteer project in the world. It has trained millions of Thai students to learn Chinese in the 17th session, and helped the Chinese and Thai family to be a youth and struggle with a country. At the same time, we are honored to teach Chinese as a Chinese teacher volunteer to spread Chinese culture overseas. How lucky and glorious it will be when the images are linked together, and we are not doing it now.

在赤道之边我们努力播散汉语的种子，在一届届志愿者老师的努力之下，让瀚宇之花盛开在这片土地的每个角落。

At the equator, we strive to spread the seeds of Chinese. Under the efforts of the volunteer teachers, we will let the flowers of the universe bloom in every corner of the land.
